PartnerTech's production facilities are located in Karlskoga and Filipstad and include approximately 85 CNC-controlled machining machines with up to five axes. The operation also includes modern equipment for non-destructive testing and optical measurement.

Your Responsibilities

As an Economist/Controller at PartnerTech, you will be an important part of a competent finance team. The role is close to operations and offers great responsibility as well as good opportunities to influence and develop both working methods and processes.

Your responsibilities include:

• Preparation of annual reports

• Participation in monthly and annual financial statements

• Ongoing reconciliations

• Contact with auditors and preparation of audit materials

• Preparation of financial reports and analyses

• Production controlling with a focus on cost monitoring and efficiency

• Customer calculations and quotation support

• Investment calculations

• Calculation and monitoring of hourly rates and standard costs

• Support in budget and forecasting work

The role also includes developing and improving financial processes and routines. You are responsible for supporting the organization through analysis, advice, and guidance.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with a few years of experience in qualified financial work within accounting and controlling, preferably from the manufacturing industry. You are analytical, structured, and thrive in a role where you combine numbers with business understanding.

We would like you to have:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics from a university

• At least 3 years of experience from similar tasks

• Very good knowledge of the Office suite

• Experience with Monitor G5 is an advantage

• Experience from the defense industry is an advantage but not a requirement

As a person, you are meticulous, responsible, and have an easy time collaborating with different functions in the organization.
